We have also adopted advanced framing practices which allow us to reduce unnecessary usage of lumber in our homes which results in fewer trees that have to be cut and processed from our valueable forests. Most of all it’s our commitment to sustaining our natural resources that we believe sets us apart; with the use of our solar collectors we are able to reduce the cost of heating up to 35%. Our full water catchment system reuses outdoor rainwater for irrigation and the use of grey water for interior fixtures. All these features greatly contribute to equalizing the impact our homes have on the environment.
